3000 square footage of 5-inch wide Peruvian cumaru wood was installed in this house. Cumaru is a durable wood that is resistant to rot and can last up to 50+ year lifespan. Before laying the planks, we used Wakol PU 280 which is a moisture barrier that will block moisture to the planks and concrete floors. The exotic wood was sanded and finished with four coats of Bona Traffic HD stain. The steps were custom-made with the same flooring and lights were added.
