McLean Residence

The client for this project wanted to install a white oak rift and quarter planks throughout the house. The underlayment of the townhome is concrete, so we installed an underlayment that insulates the temperature inside the house and improves the acoustics of the entire townhome. To complete the project, we used an Early American stain with water-based polyurethane.
