Ontario Rd. NW. Residence

The client wanted to preserve the imperfections that were on the floors for this project. A three-level house with original heart pine floors was sanded and stained. On the first and second floors, we installed quarter-sawn white oak planks and unfinished white oak treads and risers. We stained it with a neutral stain and finished it with three coats of Bonda Traffic HD water-based polyurethane.
